    About The Workouts:

If you have you ever said:

“My 10k is the same pace as my Half Marathon pace.”- You need interval training!

“I PB’d through 10km in my Marathon” - You need interval training!

“I want to run a faster _____(insert distance)” – You need interval training!

“I’m looking for new challenges in my training.” – You need interval training!

Interval Training is the easy to avoid but a crucial part of proper training.  Interval training increases VO2max, increases running economy, prevents injury, increases HGH and so on.  Basically, if you’re looking to get faster and learn proper race pacing, then get in the group and be ready to have a blast. Wednesday night is where it’s at!

Yup it’s going to hurt! …BUT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH A SMILE AND WANTING MORE!!!

What people are saying from last year:

“When I signed up for the TTC camp, initially the draw was Collingwood.  Who doesn’t want to train on those scenic country roads.  But what I experienced surpassed my expectations.  The accommodation and routes were fantastic, the camaraderie uplifting and I came away with a solid weekend of training under my belt and new friends.  Great value.”
