The club AGM will include the election of new Board Members and club business and an Awards Ceremony to recognize TTC members.With the season coming to the end, the TTC annual AGM is a great time for members to get together, reconnect and meet new members.
Fees:
AGM Only- no charge
AGM + Awards & Dinner- $15 early bird, $20 post Oct 15 for members
AGM +Awards & Dinner- $30 non members.
Tickets must be purchased online by Friday November 7th. Sorry no "at the door" ticket sales.
Special Guest Speaker: Dr. Alex Hutchinson, Science Journalist, Globe & Mail-Jockology, Runners World-SweatScience, will speck on: How mental fatigue hurts physical performance, and how brain training may help! . Alex Hutchinson is a former physicist and national-class runner, and a National Magazine Award-winning science journalist. His latest book is called Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights?
