    The secret to better performance without more training is to improve your nutrition!  This seminar will cover the importance of nutrition as it applies to the triathlete of various distances. 

    Find out what to eat on a daily basis to support your training.  A second seminar in May will focus on specific race nutrition.


    This clinic is presented by club nutritionist Tara Postnikoff and HEAL (Healthy Eating Active Living).  Tara is a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner focusing in Sports Nutrition and is an NCCP Triathlon Coach - Intro to Comp (Level 2)and Personal Trainer.
