Are you thinking of training for a half or full ironman / iron distance race? This clinic is a must for those new to longer distance racing and wanting to get a better idea of what’s involved
Join us for a presentation by Nigel Gray of NRG Performance Training as he will give you some insight into what you need to consider as you step up to long course racing. Topics will include how to select a race, how your training needs to differ from a short course training plan, how much time is involved, nutrition and how it plays a much bigger role in long course triathlon, how to develop a plan and how to effectively train for your first half or full iron distance race.
