Join us for an informative seminar on preventing swimming shoulder injuries!

Shoulder injuries are common for triathletes, and this can lead to time out of the pool and poor performance.  Learn the proper biomechanics of the shoulder, and how to they relate to swimming injuries.  This hands on seminar will take you through proper shoulder positioning for strength, injury prevention and rehab.

NOTE:  Wear comfortable/athletic clothing (tops) as this will be an active seminar!

Steve Piper is a chiropractor/personal trainer at Absolute Endurance Training and Therapy and is also currently enrolled in the Sport Sciences Residency program at CMCC.
He has personal training experience in sprint distance and half-ironman triathlons, and currently swims twice a week.
