She is also an accomplished age group triathlete who has won her AG in both the Sprint and Olympic distance at TTF and who has competed in the inaugural Mixed Team Relay event last year.

This 5 week Clinic will launch on Monday, June 10th at 6:30pm. Each class will be approximately 75 minutes. There will be a limit of 15 participants so you can get lots of one on one feedback and ask detailed questions.

    Why get filmed?

While many coaches can see what's happening above the water, it's hard for many to see and accurately interpret what is happening below the water. What's going on under the water often dictates whether the swimmer has enough propulsion (or too much drag). Thus, the underwater videos can allow for a much clearer picture of what's happening and what changes should be made for a more efficient stroke.

Another reason that underwater video is helpful is that a lot of advice that may be useful for one swimmer may actually hurt another swimmer. For example, one swimmer may need to glide more while another may need to glide less. Athletes will greatly benefit from the personalized feedback on their own stroke.

    What the session includes:

    • This is a semi-private video analysis session done with a coach for up to 5 people
    • The session will start with each individual being filmed above water and below water both from the front and the side
    • The videos will be immediately uploaded and watched, with one to two key points to work on to be discussed with the coach
    • Time permitting, the athletes will then get back on the water, and each person will have a chance to implement the changes and get re-filmed
    • The coach will provide a detailed follow up analysis of the swim videos within one week of the session.
    • The swim videos will be made available online and each person will be sent a link to view and download them
