Description: Coach Sam Johnson will lead swimmers through a 4000-6000m distance swim workout. The workout will start with some dryland/activation and then swimmers will get in the pool for a workout. The workout will involve an appropriate warmup up, a few drills and a longer main set and cool down. The small number of swimmers in this group will allow for constructive coach feedback on technique and the ability for the coach to answer questions about how to structure future distance swims.
Minimum Requirements: Must be able to swim 400m without stopping. Appropriate swim wear, goggles and preferably a swim cap and a water bottle,. You may use pull buoy, paddles, fins, snorkel.
