Location: The Runner's Academy 918 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6C 1C6 Dr. Kris Sheppard is the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of The Runner’s Academy where he practices as a Chiropractor, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture provider, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Having worked with recreational runners through to Olympians, collaborated with sports medicine physicians and surgeons, and worked with numerous international level coaches and elite teams, Dr. Sheppard has a robust diagnostic and treatment repertoire. He has developed a unique approach to improving run technique and building resilience to injury, making him a much sought-after clinician.
