Feeling sad riding all on your own? Want a good boost to your fitness and some motivation during your ride? Join Dig Deep for a 60 minute aerobic bike workout.

Dig Deep rides are designed to improve the cyclist’s or triathlete’s power at lactate threshold. Their studio offers cycling classes using the reigning standard for indoor training, the Wahoo Kickr. Dig Deep is taking their classes virtual for the TTC!

Dig Deep will provide the link to the workout via TrainingPeaks, then explain the workout at 12pm. The ride will start promptly at 12:15pm. For those on Zwift you can download the workout in advance, and then you can join the meet-up at 12:15pm (You can’t be late! So best to be ready to go at 12:05-12:10). Dig Deep will lead everyone through the 60min workout. Have your own training program and want to do that instead? No problem. You can do your own workout and still ride with the group. We will use the “Keep Everyone Together Option” so you will be riding with fellow TTCers regardless of power.

*If you are using Zwift, follow Eric D'Arcy (from Canada) so he can invite you to the meet-up

Requirements:
- Bike, bike shoes
- Trainer
- Computer and/or iPhone to follow up
