Haven't seen your health care practitioner for awhile? Feeling a few aches and pains and niggles? Join Miranda for a self-care and stretch session focused on the lower body. Miranda will go through some stretches and foam rolling tips for all the commonly tight muscles in your hips/legs. You will feel like you just got a massage after!

Requirements: 

- Foam roller

- Belt or band of some type
