Join Coach & Personal Trainer, Tara for a 30 min total strength session.  

Equipment

while you don't need anything you should have a clear space, a mat and a water bottle.  You can do the exercises in running shoes or bare feet.

If you have weights and bands have the accessible in your workout space.
