  • Hip Strength & the Triathlete:   This seminar will cover the importance of hip strength in endurance athletes for performance and injury prevention and will include demonstration of appropriate exercises April 26th  7:00pm -  Absolute Endurance- with Dr Steve Piper, DC.  Please RSVP online. 
Update-we are now filled for this clinic.  If you have reserved but cannot attend please email training@torontotriathlonclub.org to permit others to join the clinic. There will be an active participation component to this session.
