Join Yoga Instructor, Alice Toyonaga, aka ChatterRunGirl for an hour of triathlete-style yoga!

Alice will be teaching a one-hour yoga for athletes class designed to give triathletes a taste of how they can integrate yoga to be stronger all around athletes. The class will address muscular imbalances, increase joint stability and strength, improve flexibility, balance and posture, and bring a mind body awareness and connection through breath work and mental focus.
