Half Term: $245 17 sessions from Jan- April 26th $119 + $125 Track pass (17 sessions)
Otherwise track pricking must be purchased from MPS:
10 pack- $90, Single use - $10
Minimum participants: 15
Prerequisite- To avoid injury it is recommended that you have some solid running base already. Multiple runs per week are recommended. If you are injured you should not participate. We will be working the higher tempo and speed paces which is great prep for your May / June races.
About The Workouts:
You swim indoors in a pool during the winter months.
You train indoors on a trainer during the winter months.
