Open Water Racing Techniques for Triathletes.

Join us on Monday Aug 15th for an open water racing talk presented by our swim coach and pro-triathlete Miranda Tomenson. Hone your skills before Toronto Island Triathlon 

  • Learn how open water racing is different than pool swimming.  
  • Learn open water racing techniques including:
    • Starts, passing, cornering, drafting
  • Learn how to stay focused on longer races and how to pace so that you have energy and efficiency for the bike and run.

Stay for the open water swim following this presentation.
