The pull

- Dryland will focus on rotator cuff strengthening and swim tubing drills for a high elbow catch

- We will educate on a proper catch, pull and recovery

- Drills will emphasize front quadrant swimming, preventing the “crossover” stroke and a proper high elbow technique
