Haven't seen your health care practitioner for awhile? Feeling a few aches and pains and niggles? Join Miranda for a self-care and stretch session. Miranda will go through some stretches and foam rolling tips for all the commonly tight muscles in your body. She will also walk you through some strengthening exercises you can do to activate the glutes/core/feet.

- Belt or band of some type
