Miranda will provide the link to the workout via TrainingPeaks, then explain the workout at 6pm. The ride will start promptly at 6:15pm. For those on Zwift you can download the workout in advance, and then you can join the meet-up at 6:15pm (You can’t be late! So best to be ready to go at 6:05-6:10). Miranda will lead everyone through the workout. Have your own training program and want to do that instead? No problem. You can do your own workout and still ride with the group. We will use the “Keep Everyone Together Option” so you will be riding with fellow TTCers regardless of power.
