Our final "Splash and Dash" Race #3 is on Aug 28th at Cherry Beach. All abilities are invited to participate!
Bring your swim-suit or wetsuit and your run shoes and take part in this fun timed workout. Participate in all 3 to be eligible for series title.
Distance:
Swim: Approx 600m (two loops of cherry beach bouys)
Run: Approx 3k
What you need:
-swim suit, wetsuit strongly recommended
-goggles
-running shoes
Timing
- Registration at 6:00pm, event launches at 7pm as mass start.
- Feel free to join Coach Kevin from 6- 6:45pm and participate in the club's last open water swim session of the season!
- Sign up to join us for our post event social at Keeting Channel for some drinks, bites and a fun time with fellow club mates.
