Beginner Swim Clinic: Technique & Form Focus
This clinic is designed for swimmers who can already complete a 25-meter lap of front crawl, but want to refine their technique and improve their swimming efficiency. It’s perfect for those who are looking to take their skills to the next level by receiving personalized feedback on their stroke mechanics, breathing, body position, and overall form.
4 weeks - 60 minutes each!
Throughout the clinic, participants will work on key aspects of front crawl, such as:
Each session will include drills, individual stroke analysis, and constructive feedback from our experienced coach to help you build better habits and feel more confident in the water. This clinic is ideal for anyone who wants to make their swim workouts more effective and enjoyable by improving their technique.
Note: This clinic is for swimmers who can already swim at least 25 meters front crawl. If you’re looking for a learn-to-swim program, we will offer another Learn to Swim clinic later in 2025. If you already took our Learn to Swim clinic this would be the perfect next step for you.
Strongly recommend swimmers bring a pair of swim fins, pull buoy and freestyle snorkel - look on Amazon or try Splashables in Etobicoke, where TTC members receive a 20% discount).
