What the heck is Dryland?   Dryland training is the conditioning that you do outside the water for swimming. Think of it as strength specific to swimming.

It is important to do dryland training, just as we do a pull set with paddles to gain a stronger pull, to gain swim specific strength and endurance. This type of training is used to improve the performance with swimming and all sports.

To learn more about how dryland training can help you as a Triathlete and how to implement it into your training program, join us for this seminar and workshop at Absolute endurance!

Join us for a 45 min workout/workshop on Sunday Feb 2, 2014 Absolute Endurance- with swim coach Kyle Resnick.
