12 Week Mobility Mondays (Virtual Program)

Regular mobility work can help improve range of motion in our joints.  Improved range of motion may mean less chance of injury and better overall function. These 30 minute sessions focus on the entire body, with a strong emphasis on the lower body. 

Requirements: 

  • Loose fitting clothing
  • Stretch mat or cushiony surface 

  • foam roller

  • a lacrosse ball

  • either a yoga strap or towel

  • broomstick or long dowel

  • Computer or iPhone to follow along

Dates: Monday November 4th - January 27th - 7:00PM - 7:30PM
