Let's Race!
TTC is hosting a group Zwift race this winter. This is the perfect opportunity to race against other athletes of similar bike fitness or to test yourself and test your fitness gains/progress this year. It can be hard to push yourself when you are alone, but racing with others makes it fun and brings out your competitive spirit. Of course if you want to ride just for fun/socially, you can also join and there is no pressure to race.

Coach: Kevin McCormick
The race will be held through Zwift and a coach will be present to administer the race on Discord and talk you through it so you can pace yourself appropriately.
We recommend warming up for 15-30 mins before the race, having a carb containing meal/snack before hand, and of course hydrating and fuelling properly for optimal performance. The ride can be done as part of a longer workout too if you prefer.
You must sign up 24 hours prior to the race and you must go in to the Zwift app, follow Kevin McCormick on Zwift, so you can be included in the Meet Up for the race.
