I attended the TTC Swim Clinic 1: Stroke Improvement & Efficiency for Beginners last night and it was AWESOME. I really, really enjoyed it. Eric did a great job leading us through a number of drills that helped us improve our position in the water. Within the hour I felt like I was swimming smoother and faster... but the best part was the talk Erik lead afterwards about the proper amount of warm up, swim technique and changes in coaching theory... An excellent clinic - Thank you!
